Parto Mirzaei is a PhD candidate in Cybersecurity Governance at Leiden University. She is based at the Institute of Security and Global affairs (ISGA) and focuses on the public governance aspect of the Dutch Research Council-funded project ‘Cyber Security by Integrated Design’ (C-SIDe). Her work primarily focuses on the institutional architecture and fragmentation of the Dutch cybersecurity governance landscape. She holds a MSc in Crisis and Security Management (Cyber Security Governance) from Leiden University, and a MSc in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Amsterdam.
