Joseph Jarnecki
Joseph Jarnecki is Research Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). He researches international cyber support activities including cyber capacity building and cyber capability support in national crises. He conducts further research on Japan’s approach to cyber security, cyber threats to satellite communications, and cybercrime in eastern partnership countries.
Joseph holds a MA in International Conflict Studies and a BA in International Relations from the King’s College London (KCL) War Studies Department. Before joining RUSI Joseph completed research fellowships at KCL focused on cyber risk and responsibility, and democratic accountability of the intelligence services.
