Feodora Hamza

Feodora currently serves as Policy Development Support Manager (GNSO) for the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). In this role, Feodora plays a pivotal part in formulating and recommending substantive policies pertaining to internet governance.

Prior to joining ICANN, Feodora worked on technology policy issues for the European Union, where her work focused on internet governance and emerging technology.

She was also a member of the Digital Watch Observatory’s fellow cohort, focusing on AI, Data Governance, and Quantum Computing. Her research interests in emerging security challenges have led to publications on topics including encryption. deepfakes and digital governance.

Feodora completed her studies at Lancaster University, United Kingdom and the Albert Ludwigs University Freiburg, Germany.
