The ECCRI European Cybersecurity Fellowship is a year-long program to develop highly talented young European professionals who are interested in accelerating their career in cybersecurity policy.
The 2023-2024 fellowship is made possible through institutional collaborations with Microsoft, the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Malta, and the William & Flora Hewlett Foundation.

Fellows participate in regular career and skills-building workshops led by top experts. Topics range from writing effective op-eds to understanding EU cyber policy and technical threat intelligence.
Fellows also receive support in policy-related writing and have priority editorial access to Binding Hook, ECCRI’s media outlet.
Yes, fellows can apply for travel grants to attend major cybersecurity events. In addition, networking events, and updates about the latest opportunities in the field are provided.
